REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from janethowardnyc.com according to our policy below. All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees unless the merchandise is damaged.

Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.

Merchandise must be accompanied by the packing slip.

Merchandise marked Final Sale on janethowardnyc.com is not returnable.

Upon receiving returned merchandise, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

If you wish to make an exchange, please send an email to our customer care agents at sales@janethowardnyc.com who will assist you. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees unless the merchandise is damaged.

RETURNS WITHOUT A PACKING SLIP

If you wish to return your online purchase without the original packing slip, simply contact us at sales@janethowardnyc.com. We will provide you with a copy and the return address. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees unless the merchandise is damaged.
