Delivery Timeline:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Total delivery time: 6–8 business days to the contiguous U.S.

Trackable via FedEx/UPS.

Free Shipping:

All orders ship free within the contiguous U.S. from U.S. warehouses.

Order Updates:

Address changes must be requested before shipment via janet@janethowardnyc.com. Post-shipment modifications may incur fees and are not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility:

Returns accepted within 7 days of shipment date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged, with the original return slip.

Final Sale items (marked online) cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees.

Processing time: 7–10 business days (may take up to 2 billing cycles to reflect).

Gift returns are refunded to the original purchaser.

Exchanges:

Contact Customer Care to arrange a replacement.

You’ll be charged for the new item and refunded once the return is processed.

Price Adjustments:

Request within 30 days of shipment if the item’s price drops.
